This afternoon, after deciding that if I was going to have vanilla frozen yogurt, for Christ’s sake, I at least deserved a few M&Ms on top, I opened the freezer to discover that the pound bag I’d bought a long time ago, way in the beginning of my pregnancy, was nearly empty, and so, with due ceremony, I finished them.
It’s official. I have been pregnant for 17 million years.

You freeze your m&ms? I put mine in the microwave. 30 seconds. Try it.

Melts in your microwave, not in your hands?

In the spirit of a political season…I support chocolate! And beef jerkey. And beer (but stay away from that while pregnant, or while having a pregant wife or or a newborn kid…I think the government was suppose to make me say that).

Our Doctor was awesome, he told us it was cool to booze it up, just don’t do it around friends so to avoid being judged. They don’t tell preggo ladies not to drink in Europe and apparently there is no increased incidence of fetal alcohol syndrome over there. However, getting drunk nightly isn’t suggested, but having one drink per night is all good, according to him. I believe him even though I think there was only one or two occasions where Becky had a sip of alcohol during the pregnancy.

My ice cream addiction during pregnancy was Hagan Daaz Dulce de leche Light. There were probably still a million calories but it was better than frozen yogurt. And, I was eating it for the baby. I don’t even like ice cream normally. And get this, the craving doesn’t go away after you give birth, well if you plan on nursing anyway, you need to keep up the calories! Boy do I miss how much I ate while pregnant.

Mmmmm…frozen M & M’s…in my opinion, the ONLY way to eat them!
